Once you're in, I write your first training block — built specifically for you and loaded into Everfit so you can start without any friction.

About Kayhan
I'm Kayhan — online coach, personal trainer, and someone who believes the way you show up in training is connected to the way you show up everywhere else.
I hold a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and have spent 3+ years coaching 50+ clients — from fat loss and body recomposition to powerlifting, Ironman triathlon performance, and everyday lifestyle goals. Whatever you're working toward, I've likely coached someone through it.
I've been through my own transformation — I know what it feels like to not know where to start, to feel stuck, and to finally figure it out with the right structure. That experience shapes how I coach.
My coaching is built on three things: honest programming, genuine accountability, and showing up the same way I ask you to. No shortcuts. No fluff. Just consistent work over time.

You fill in the application, I review it and get back to you within 24–48 hours. If it looks like a good fit, we jump on a free 20-minute call and have a conversation about what coaching looks like for you. From there I build your program, load it into the Everfit app, and we get started. Check-ins, messaging, and programming adjustments happen from week one.
Plans start at $30/week. There are four tiers depending on how much support you want — from self-guided up to weekly calls and form reviews. All of them require a 12-week minimum commitment. You can see the full breakdown in the pricing section.
It helps, but we can work with what you've got. When you apply, tell me what equipment you have access to and I'll build around it.
That's what the free call is for. If we get on and it doesn't feel right — for either of us — no hard feelings, no commitment. The application costs you nothing.
Depends on where you're starting and what you're working toward. Most people notice changes in energy and strength within the first few weeks. Visible physical changes usually start showing clearly around the 8–12 week mark — which is why the minimum is 12 weeks.
Because you'll have someone actually checking in on you. Most programs fail because there's no structure and no one holding you to it. That's the part I provide.
